• Payment is due in full upon completion of service

• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website

• Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Accurate information is required when booking

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in a fee

3. Vehicle Conditions

• We do not service vehicles with:

  • Biohazards (feces, bodily fluids)

  • Severe mold infestations

• These pose health risks and may damage equipment

• 4. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

• Detailing may reveal existing scratches, stains, or wear

• Services are provided “as-is” with no guaranteed results
